MARY GOAN
Mary E. Goan, 84, died Monday morning, July 16, at the Idaho County Nursing
Home. She had resided there for the past six months.
Her date of birth was September 24, 1899. She was born at Clearwater, Idaho to
Arthur and Olive Clark. She grew up in that area and had spent all of her life
in Idaho living the past several years in Riggins.
She married William Rideout and they were later divorced. She then married Jack
Goan and he died several years ago. She worked in area restaurants before
retiring.
Survivors include two sons, Ronald Rideout of Ferndale, Wa, and Rollin Rideout
of Lyle, Wa.; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
No services are planned and the body will be cremated. Noland Funeral Home is in
charge of arrangements.
