Mrs. Ralph Telcher

Dies of Pneumonia

 

  Mrs. Lenah Wilson Telcher, wife of Ralph Telcher, a well known rancher residing four miles frm Grangeville, died Monday in the home of her sister, Mrs. Frances Renner, in Lewiston Orchards.  Death was caused by pneumonia following influenza.

  A week prior to her demise, Mrs. Telcher went from her home here to take care for her sister’s children as the time of the death their father, George Renner,, had occurred during the week.

  Mrs. Telcher was born on June 5, 1887 in Westville, Missouri.  She came to Idaho 16 years ago and was married to Rahph Telcher on November 16, 1910.  Upon profession of faith, she received Christian baptism on May 11, 1916 and at the time of her death was a member of the Christian Church in Grangeville.

  Mrs. Telcher is survived by her husband, two children, William Dedrich Telcher and Julia Margaret Wilson Telcher; her mother Mrs. Julia Wilson; five brothers, L. F. Wilson, New York; J. M. Wilson, Lewiston Orchards; A. P. Wilson in Kansas; E. S. Wilson in Spokane and G. L. Wilson, Marceline, Missouri; and by four sisters; Mrs. Etta Oldham, in Missouri; Mrs. Frances Renner, Lewiston Orchards; Mrs. Emily Akridge, Kamiah and Mrs. Hattie Palmer, Marceline, Missouri.

  The body was brought to Grangeville Wednesday evening by Mr. Telcher, who went to Lewiston on Tuesday.  Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at one from the Christian Church, W. N. Knox, minister officiating.  The services were largely attended.  Burial directed by E. S. Hancock was in Prairie View Cemetery.
