Sheryl K.(Williams) Wallace, 68, of New Meadows went home to our lord on June 23, 2012, after complication from a short illness.
By her request there will be no services. There will be a potluck at a later date for family and friends to celebrate her life.
She was born June 18, 1944, in Twin Falls. She Lived in Ketchum until 1961 when she moved to Council, where she met and married Leonard Wallace on May 25, 1963.
The couple had two children, Mike Wallace and Mikki Wallace (Branstetter). She was loved by everyone. After raising her loving children she continued her education with nursing in 1991. She then worked in hospitals and home health for many years.
She retired in 2008 to spend more time with family and friends in New Meadows. She enjoyed four-wheeling, fishing, camping and anything else that included family and friends.
She had a great talent for creating flower arrangements, centerpieces, wreaths, weddings and painting.
She had more talent in her then most people have. She could create anything. She loved to clown around every year at the Meadows Valley Days.
She always spoke her mind to everyone who knew her, whether you liked it or not, She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Leonard Wallace; a sister, Debbie (Buz); her son, Mike (Sissy), grandchildren Jessica, Julia, Jessie, ShawnDale, and Leonard, and great-grandchildren Wyatt, Gracie and Buck; and her daughter, Mikki (Phil), grandchildren Jake, Charlie, Jennifer, and Ellie, and great- grandchildren Levi, Pasliy, and Leah.
She is also survived by her stepfamily, Alice, Tami and Cindy; her sister-in-law, Laurel; nieces and nephews, Mark, Martin and Cody, and many other family members.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Joseph John Williams and Mary Louise Jones, and brother Harry Williams.
