I am looking for any records pertaining to Arthur I. Chapman aka Ad Chapman,
and his brother, Thomas. They were in Idaho County by 1866. They were still
there in 1880 according to the census record. They are both mentioned in
accounts of he Nez Perce War. One account of Arthur says he died on the
Nez Perce Reservation in 1924.

I am wondering where I might find some information on St. Gertrude's Monastery--
the history of the monastery. I understand they have a museum there and
as my g Aunt and g niece were both nuns there......I am particularly interested
in finding newspaper articles......or written history of the monestery.....by
someone other than what the Museum might have. My g uncle, Carl Schurra
also lived there for many years. Thanks so much in advance.

We are trying to research the Wren family. We know they lived in Cottonwood,
Idaho from around 1891 to 1894. Clara Etta Wren born June 23,1891 was married
to Ansgar Brown June 30,1908. Also, Nellie Ona Wren, was born Nov. 4,1894,
and married Leonard Eisenman, no date. We don't know if Clara died in Cottonwood
in Sept. 1971. We would appreciate any help you might be able to give.
